All our classes are accessible whether you are a beginner who has never been in the gym or a fitness pro! Our trainers will adapt and assist you in any way they can to ensure you get the best workout every time. Classes are all limited to a capacity of 10 people per class. This, allows us to work on a more personal level, ensuring you get the best out of each class. Children are not allowed in our small group training session. However, if you have older children, who can be left unattended, they are welcome to sit in the reception area during the class.

BUILD – Strength Training

BUILD is a high-intensity strength training class designed to help you increase lean muscle, improve endurance, and develop total-body power. Whether you're just getting started or pushing past a plateau, BUILD delivers structured workouts focused on progressive overload and proper form.

Monday & Wednesday - 6am, 7am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

BURN – Ignite Your Energy.

Sweat hard. Push limits. Feel the burn.

BURN is a high-energy cardio-focused class designed to boost your endurance, torch calories, and leave you dripping in sweat — in the best way. Combining heart-pumping intervals, dynamic movements, and athletic conditioning, BURN is built to get results and keep your body guessing.

Thursdays - 7am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

STRETCH – Release & Recover.

Feel better. Move better. Live better.

STRETCH is a recovery-focused class designed to improve flexibility, increase mobility, and release built-up tension throughout the body. Using a mix of static and dynamic stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement, this class is your chance to slow down and give your body the care it deserves.

Mammy & Me Fitness

Mammy & Me Fitness is designed to help new Mams regain their fitness and feel their best after giving birth. Finding the time to go to the gym after having a baby can be tough.

At Mammy & Me you bring your little one with you while you work out. No need to think about child care, Fun 45-minute workouts while socialising with other Mams with similar goals to you!

 Maximum of 8 people per class

6 Week Transformation

Perfect for anyone wanting to kick-start their fitness journey.

Our 6-week transformation is designed to keep you accountable with 3 classes per week, Nutritional help and guidance, weekly check-ins, access to a support group with other members, 24/7 help and advice from your Trainer. With 3 different groups to choose from, there is no room for excuses.

ALIGN is a Pilates-inspired class that blends mindful movement with powerful core-focused training. Designed to improve posture, flexibility, and muscular balance, this class helps you reconnect with your body and build strength from the inside out.

CIRCUIT – No Limits. Just Results.

Fast-paced. Full-body. Fiercely effective.

CIRCUIT is a dynamic, station-based workout that combines strength, cardio, and functional training into one powerful session. Designed to keep your heart rate high and your muscles guessing, this class moves you through timed stations that target different muscle groups and energy systems all in one efficient format.

Personal Training

Our 1-1 personal training guarantees to help you reach your goals. Personal Training is for everyone, if you’re brand new to the gym or want that extra support and accountability that classes don’t offer.

We understand that everyone is different, whatever your goal our trainers will create a plan specific to you and your goals.

Accountability is key to achieving your goals, our Personal Training provides weekly check-ins and 24/7 support from your trainer to keep you on track.
